Zucchini-Parmesan-Chips – the healthy and delicious low carb snack

Fancy chips without sin?
For a change, how about Zucchini-Parmesan-Chips instead of the conventional potato chips out of the bag?
A snack can hardly be prepared faster or easier!


Duration: 30 minutes (30 minutes baking time)
Amount: 1 serving of chips



1-2 zucchini

olive oil


grated parmesan




  1. Slice the zucchini – the thinner, the crisper the chips will be.
  2. Season the zucchini slices with salt and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the zucchini slices on a the baking tray.
  4. Grate the parmesan and place on the zucchini slices. Marinate the zucchini with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
