Wild garlic dumplings with parmesan and brown butter
Today I want to share with you a great recipe for wild garlic dumplings that you should definitely try! These delicious dumplings are easy to make and are a perfect side dish to a variety of dishes or can be served as a main course. Either way, they are a real treat.
The best thing about this recipe is that I used fresh wild garlic, of course, which is in season right now and therefore particularly aromatic and delicious. So get gathering and get going!

200 g bread crumbs glutenfree
180 ml milk
200 g wild garlic
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp butter
2 eggs
80 g grated cheese
2 tbsp flour
Salt
Pepper
grated nutmeg
brown butter

Preparation
- Peel the onion and the garlic and chop them into small pieces.
- Heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic pieces in it.
- Chop the wild garlic into small pieces.
- Put the wild garlic, the bread crumbs, the onion and garlic, the grated cheese, the flour and eggs in a bowl.
- Heat the milk lukewarm and add to the other ingredients.
- Season with Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
- Form dumplings with wet hands.
- Let the dumpling rest for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the dumplings in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes.
TIP
Serve the dumplings with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and finely chopped fresh wild garlic.
