Wild Garlic butter

Today I have a great recipe for a wild garlic butter for you, which goes perfectly with fresh bread or as a side dish with vegetables or potatoes. The best thing about it: I collected the wild garlic myself, so I have just used the best quality wild garlic. The great thing is that this butter not only tastes heavenly, but also looks great.

Preparation time: 15 minutes




250 g butter, soft

2 bunches of wild garlic

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper




  1. Put the soft butter with the chopped fresh wild garlic together.
  2. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix with a spoon.
  3. Form butter rolls in baking paper.
  4. Cool down or freeze.
