Stuffed dates with blue cheese
Blue cheese (e.g. Roquefort or Gorgonzola)
freshly ground pepper
- Cut the dates lengthways and carefully pit them.
- Cut the blue cheese into strips and fill the dates with it.
- Finely chop the thyme and sprinkle on the dates.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on the dates.
- Drizzle with honey.
