Spinach Pesto

I really love the amazing colour and the unique taste. It´s a very simple recipe, try this Spinach Pesto!


Duration: 15 minutes
Amount: 4 meals



100 g fresh young spinach

30 g grated parmesan cheese

25 g Pine nuts

1 clove of garlic

6 – 8 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste



Remove the hard stems from the spinach. Peel the garlic. Mix all ingredients for the pesto. Season with pepper and salt.
