80 grams of sugar

Fresh berries

Preparation

  1. Place berries in mixing bowl and chop on high for 12 seconds.
  2. Scrape the berries down with the spatula.
  3. Add cream and sugar and mix on speed 8 for 20 seconds until creamy.
  4. Serve immediately with fresh berries.

Tip

We sweeten very subtly, only with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. For us, the focus is on the fruit. Alternative sweet options such as maple syrup also go wonderfully with the ice cream. We like to serve the ice cream on a sweet sour cream mirror, shortcrust crunch or meringue crunch.
