Be it for cookies, for tarts and cakes, this frosting is easy and has the perfect consistency.
20 dag chocolate (dark, at least 60% cocoa content)
5 dag butter
- Roughly chop the chocolate and cut the butter into pieces. Pour into a suitable glass or metal bowl.
- Hang the bowl over a hot water bath, making sure its bottom doesn’t touch the water.
- Slowly melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
