Sprouts, in my case home-grown fenugreek sprouts.
- Roast the chicken hearts in olive oil with garlic and thyme until hot.
- Continue to cook over a low heat for five minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and fresh thyme.
- Serve on a mixed salad.
