4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg cream cheese
5 dag Emmental
50 g mild feta cheese
½ cup crème fraiche
100 ml white wine
150 ml vegetable stock or water
Umami seasoning
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
- Cut into the chicken breasts and form pockets.
- Fill the chicken breasts with Emmental and a little feta cheese.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Sear the chicken breasts on both sides.
- season the breasts with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and cook in the oven at 150 degrees until cooked through at 75° to 80°C.
- Deglaze the roast residue in the pan with white wine and reduce.
- Pour in the vegetable stock or water.
- Stir in the cream cheese and the mild sheep’s cheese. Reduce the sauce a little.
- Fold in the crème fraîche and season with umami, salt and pepper.
- Arrange the sauce on a plate and place the chicken breast on top.
Tip
This cheese dish goes wonderfully with beans as a side dish or roasted vegetables. If you prefer a filling side dish, you can add rice or boiled potatoes.
