Brussels sprouts with parmesan from the oven
Ingredients
350 grams of Brussels sprouts
40g grated Parmesan
50 grams of butter
salt and pepper
Preparation
- Clean Brussels sprouts and cut in half.
- Melt butter.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Pour 2/3 of the melted butter into a casserole. Put 2/3 of the Parmesan on the butter. Salt and pepper.
- Place the halved sprouts on the Parmesan.
- Brush the cabbage sprouts with the remaining butter and sprinkle over the Parmesan.
- Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
