Brussels sprouts with parmesan from the oven

350 grams of Brussels sprouts

40g grated Parmesan

50 grams of butter

salt and pepper

 

Preparation

 

  1. Clean Brussels sprouts and cut in half.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Pour 2/3 of the melted butter into a casserole. Put 2/3 of the Parmesan on the butter. Salt and pepper.
  5. Place the halved sprouts on the Parmesan.
  6. Brush the cabbage sprouts with the remaining butter and sprinkle over the Parmesan.
  7. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
